1 - Arrival

You'll enter the administration building here. Along the first hallway are branching rooms, some of which have hostile thugs and looters. Take them out, and then feel free to finish looting where they left off. As you approach area #2, you'll also battle some Sohmiens.


2 - To Second Floor

These stairs lead up to the second floor of the Curst Administration building.


3 - Soldiers and Fiends

A brutal battle is being fought between Curst soldiers and fiends in this room. Go ahead and give the Curst soldiers a hand if you'd like. Also, there is a scroll of Death Bolt to be had in one of the southern rooms, so be sure to grab it.


4 - Dying Soldier

Outside these double doors, you'll encounter a dying soldier who will tell you that Trias is very powerful and to be sure you're prepared before you battle him. Heed his advice!

Before heading to area #5, however, make sure to search the northwestern area of this first room to find a locked (and trapped) container holding the Mark of the Savant, Edge of Oblivion, Vrock Club, Porphatys Dagger, and some other minor enchanted weapons.


5 - Trias the Betrayer

This is where you'll face Trias the Deva (or Trias the Betrayer, as the Pillar of Skulls called him). You'll be forced into battle after a short conversation, so make sure your party is prepared for it. Trias is pretty tough, but can be beaten if you're ready for the encounter.

Once you have brought him near death, he will yield and ask you to spare his life. If you agree, he will tell you how to get to the Fortress of Regrets to find your mortality. Once you have the information, you can choose to kill him anyway (or if you have Vhailor in your party, he will pass judgment on Trias and kill him for you). If you do kill him, be sure to loot his corpse for a scroll of Celestial Host and his sword, Celestial Fire (you'll need to be Lawful Good to use it, however). Once Trias is defeated, a portal to the Hive will appear and you can make your way back to the Mortuary where the portal to the Fortress of Regrets lies.
