1 - Box Fiend

Remember way back in the northwest portion of the Hive when you accepted that box from Mar? Well, if you followed the story behind the box and eventually had Aola release the fiend from it in the Alley of Dangerous Angles, then the fiend will be standing right here and will immediately attack. He's extremely powerful, but is worth 500,000 experience points. In addition to the large experience reward, the fiend will also drop the Aegis of Torment, so be sure to take him out.


2 - Portal to Carceri

Talk with the disembodied head here to learn that Curst has gone to Carceri due to its inhabitants become chaotic. Head through the portal to reach Carceri and to find Trias once again.
