1 - Arrival

You'll come down from the Drowned Nations and find yourself here... alone (you can't bring any NPCs along). First, head to area #2 to grab the Antler Axe if you'd like. Then, head toward the middle of the map to area #3 where you will be teleported automatically to area #4.


2 - Antler Axe

You can find an Antler Axe on a corpse here.


3 - Area

You will not be able to reach this room until you have been teleported to areas #4, #5, and #6 and retrieved the tomb keys from each. Once you have all 3 tomb keys, you'll finally be able to enter this room. Read each of the stone engravings on the wall and then push them in. After you've pushed all the engravings, you'll be able to open the center tomb and retrieve the fourth tomb key. Once you have the last key, as soon as you leave the room you'll be teleported to area #8.


4 - Area

When you first head towards area #3 from area #1, you'll be teleported here. Open the tomb and grab the tomb key from within. Once you've got the key (don't forget to search at area #7 as well), step on the symbol of torment engraved into the floor until the lightning kills you. You will automatically be teleported back to area #1. From there, head towards area #3 again and you'll find yourself at area #5.


5 - Area

After heading towards area #3 from area #1 (after you've retrieved Tomb Key 1), you'll end up here. Open the tomb and grab the second tomb key from within. Proceed to killing yourself by walking over the engraved symbol of torment on the floor. Then, walk from area #1 towards area #3 again, and you'll be at area #6.


6 - Area

After heading towards area #3 from area #1 (after you've retrieved both Tomb Key 1 and 2), you'll end up here. Open the tomb and grab the third tomb key from within. Proceed to killing yourself (once again) by walking over the engraved symbol of torment on the floor. Now that you have all three tomb keys, you will have to kill yourself at area #1 on the engraved symbol of torment. This will teleport you to area #3.


7 - Area

Search this corner for an Abyssal Pipe.


8 - Area

After retrieving all four tomb keys, you'll be teleported here. Open the tomb to loot the scroll of Ax of Torment, Tear of Salieru-Dei, and the Enchanted Battle Axe. Then jump in the portal to head back to the Drowned Nations.
