1 - Arrival
You'll enter the Trash Warrens from 
Ragpicker's Square at this location.  When you arrive, a Collector named Anamoli will approach you and inquire about your business there.  The only way to avoid a confrontation is by having a Chrisma of 12+ and a strength of 14+ or by having a wisdom of 13+.  Either of these attribute combinations will allow you to talk your way out of a fight.
2 - Exit
Here you'll find a trap door to the 
Buried Village.  The door is guarded by a fellow named Bish and about eight of his thug friends, which means you'll be in for a rough fight if your meeting results in violence.
However, there are two ways to avoid a battle with Bish.  First, with an intelligence of 13+, you can tell him that you heard Pharod lived in the area or that Pharod must not have a whole lot of confidence in him to leave him here.  This method will earn you 1200 experience points.  With a charisma of 13+, you can simply tell Bish that you don't want any trouble and he will let you pass through.  No experience is rewarded for this method, though.
3 - Thugs
Throughout this level you will wander into bands of thugs that you will have to dispatch.  Scour the area for a box containing some loots that'll make the fights worthwhile.
